What is pelvic health physiotherapy?
Pelvic health physiotherapy (also called pelvic floor physiotherapy) is the assessment and treatment of various condition affecting the muscles, nerves, ligaments, fascia and organs located in the pelvis.  Together, these muscles, nerves, ligaments and fascia form what we call the pelvic floor, located at the bottom of the pelvis.  The pelvic floor is responsible for supporting the organs located in the pelvic (bladder, uterus, prostate).
